Light Metering
The top picture we used light metering focusing on the computer screen. This made the screen turn out clear instead of the person by the computer. Light metering is good to use in dark settings because you can concentrate on the subject. On the bottom picture I set my camera close to my partners arm so the camera could save their skin light. This focused on my partner and made the computer screen much brighter. Light metering is a great function on the camera which you can take in different scenarios.
